We collect the minimum we need to run the platform, and we don't sell any of it.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and the onboarding answers you choose to share (business stage, business type, industry, revenue band, and goals). We use these to personalize the platform and understand who we serve. We also record your acceptance of our Terms of Use and your course progress so lessons pick up where you left off.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers — we store only a Stripe customer reference, your subscription tier, and your purchase history so we can grant you access to what you bought. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs the payment data they hold.

Cookies

We set essential cookies only: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you don’t see a cookie banner here. Site traffic is measured with Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across the web.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing. We do not use your onboarding answers for anything other than making DJC Studio better for people like you.

Where your data lives

Account data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database, and course files are delivered through Vercel’s content platform. Both are access-controlled; only DJC Studio administrators can view account records.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account and its data at any time — contact us through dakjencreative.com and we’ll handle it. Deleting your account ends your subscription and removes your personal information from our database, except records we’re required to keep for tax and payment compliance.
