Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Stripe prorates the difference automatically. Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
What's the difference between a Standard 101 and a Premium 101?+
Standard 101s are the foundational courses every business owner needs — Setup, Protecting Your Business, First Hire, Networking, Brand Basics, 9-to-5 to Self-Employed, and Your First $10K Month. Premium 101s are the higher-value, deal-closing topics — Pricing, Business Finances, RFP, SOW, AI Content, and AI Operations.
Do I have to subscribe to buy a single template?+
No. Every Studio Basics template can be purchased one-time as a standalone download. Subscriptions just make sense if you want more than two or three.
How does the Expert coaching session work?+
Expert subscribers get one 60-minute 1:1 Studio Session with Dakotah every calendar month, included in the subscription. Sessions are bookable via your dashboard. Unused months don't roll over — use it or lose it.
Are there refunds?+
Monthly plans: cancel anytime, no refund for unused time in the current period. Annual plans: refundable within 7 days of purchase if you haven't accessed substantial content. After 7 days, annual is non-refundable but you keep access through the year.
Is the content really worth the price?+
Premium ($78/mo) includes ~$300 of templates if you bought them all individually, plus 3 deep-dive masterclasses and 6 Premium 101s. If you use even one template properly — a contract that actually protects you, a pricing structure that closes the deal — it pays for itself the first month.
